Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Items marked from our US warehouse arrive in 3–8 business days. Select specialty items ship from our overseas partner facilities and arrive in 10–15 business days — the delivery window is shown on each product page and at checkout.

How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping on US orders over $75. Under $75, a flat $6.95.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — US only for now, so we can keep delivery windows honest.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Returns & Warranty

What's your return policy?
30 days, no interrogation. If it's unused with tags, full refund. If your dog used it and it didn't work for them, contact us anyway — we'll make it right. Full details on our Returns Policy page.

What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Defects in materials and workmanship — failed stitching, broken buckles, flattened orthopedic foam. It doesn't cover the natural results of chewing. See the Warranty page.

Products & Sizing

How do I size a harness or collar?
Each product page includes exact measurement ranges. Measure the widest part of the ribcage for harnesses, the natural collar position for collars. Between sizes? Size up.

Are your materials safe?
All food-contact products are BPA-free and food-grade. Toys are non-toxic natural rubber. Foam is CertiPUR-certified.

My dog destroys everything. What do you actually recommend?
The Quarry Chew and Haulline Tug are our destruction-resistant line. No honest company promises indestructible — we promise durable, and we back it with the warranty.
