The Old Pike 2-Year Warranty
Every product we sell is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from delivery. If a seam fails, a buckle breaks, a zipper quits, or orthopedic foam flattens under normal use, we'll replace the item free of charge — including shipping.
What's covered
- Stitching and seam failures
- Hardware failures — buckles, D-rings, snaps, carabiners, zippers
- Orthopedic foam that loses more than 20% of its loft
- Waterproof coatings that fail under normal use
- Any manufacturing defect present at delivery
What's not covered
- Chew damage — dogs chew; that's wear, not a defect
- Normal cosmetic wear: scuffs, fading, patina on leather and brass
- Damage from machine-drying items marked air-dry
- Lost items (we're good, but not that good)
How to file a claim
Send us a note through the contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue. That's the entire process. We respond within one business day, and approved claims ship a replacement within two.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under our 30-day return policy.
