Returns Policy
30-Day Returns, No Interrogation
If you or your dog aren't happy with an Old Pike product, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
The short version
- Unused items: full refund to your original payment method, no questions asked.
- Used items that didn't work out: contact us anyway. Depending on condition we'll offer an exchange, store credit, or refund. We'd rather solve the problem than argue about it.
- Defective items: covered under our 2-year warranty at any time — no 30-day limit.
How to start a return
Send your order number through our contact page. We'll email you a prepaid return label within one business day. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of the item arriving back to us.
Return shipping
Returns for defects, damage, or our error: free — we pay the label. Change-of-mind returns: we deduct a flat $6.95 label cost from the refund, or you may ship it back yourself.
Exchanges
Wrong size? The fastest route is to reorder the correct size and return the original — we'll prioritize the refund. Or contact us and we'll set up a direct exchange.
Exceptions
- Items marked final sale (clearly labeled on the product page)
- Items damaged by misuse or chew damage (see our Warranty page for what counts as a defect — we're fair about this)
