1. Our products

We sell dog gear and related goods. Product descriptions, specifications, and imagery are provided in good faith and kept as accurate as possible. Sizing guidance is advisory — always verify measurements against your dog.

2. Safety and supervision

No dog product is a substitute for supervision. Inspect gear regularly and retire damaged items. Toys, chews, and feeding products should be used under supervision. Load-bearing guidance (e.g., pack weight limits) must be followed, and health-related decisions — feeding height, exercise load, carrying weight — should be confirmed with your veterinarian. Old Pike products are not veterinary devices and our content is not veterinary advice.

3. Orders and payment

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors; if we cancel, you receive a full refund. Sales tax is collected where required by law.

4. Shipping, returns, and warranty

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, product copy, imagery, and branding — belongs to Old Pike or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to breach its security, scrape its content at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Old Pike's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
