Shipping Policy

Rates

Free standard shipping on US orders of $75 or more.
Orders under $75: flat $6.95.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After that:

US-warehouse items (most of our catalog): 3–8 business days.
Specialty items from partner facilities: 10–15 business days. The delivery window is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay — no surprises.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated for 5+ business days, contact us and we'll chase it down.

Where we ship

United States only (all 50 states). We don't ship internationally yet — when we do, it'll be because we can promise honest delivery windows.

Split shipments

If your order includes items from different warehouses, they may arrive separately. You'll get tracking for each package, and you never pay extra for split shipments.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us with your order number. We replace lost and transit-damaged orders at no cost — that's our risk, not yours.
